Connected to three communes (Saint-Denis, Aubervilliers, Saint-Ouen) bording Paris at the north, the «Plaine Saint-Denis» is an area in complete restructuring. Aubervilliers and Saint-Denis health authories have wished to integrate the facts of health in the renovation program. The geographical study on the health care-resort systems gives a concrete expression to this will. Inventories and inquiries allow to estimate the medical area (on the «Plaine Saint-Denis» and its periphery), the health care area, but also the spatial organization of the «Plaine».</text>

Mais le contexte &amp;eacute;conomique et environnemental p&amp;egrave;se lourdement, parmi d&amp;rsquo;autres d&amp;eacute;fis, sur leur futur des villes, comme l&amp;rsquo;a soulign&amp;eacute; le r&amp;eacute;cent Sommet de Copenhague consacr&amp;eacute; au changement climatique. Comment les villes europ&amp;eacute;ennes rel&amp;egrave;veront-elles le d&amp;eacute;fi ? Le &amp;ldquo;mod&amp;egrave;le&amp;rdquo; de ville europ&amp;eacute;enne sera-t-il p&amp;eacute;renne dans une perspective de d&amp;eacute;veloppement durable ? Comment s&amp;rsquo;y pr&amp;eacute;parer efficacement ?&lt;/div&gt;

C&amp;rsquo;est dans ce contexte que la FNAU a tenu &amp;agrave; Nancy, du 2&amp;nbsp; au 4 d&amp;eacute;cembre 2009, sa XXXe rencontre nationale, organis&amp;eacute;e par l&amp;rsquo;Agence d&amp;rsquo;urbanisme de l&amp;rsquo;aire urbaine nanc&amp;eacute;ienne. Sous le titre &amp;ldquo;Europe, le g&amp;eacute;nie des villes&amp;rdquo;, cette manifestation co&amp;iuml;ncidait exceptionnellement avec la 8e Biennale des villes et des urbanistes en Europe, dont la f&amp;eacute;d&amp;eacute;ration avait organis&amp;eacute; la premi&amp;egrave;re &amp;eacute;dition &amp;agrave; Lyon en 1995.&lt;/div&gt;
